Actress, singer, and film producer, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who recently impressed the world-wide audience with “The White Tiger” and her life-partner Nick Jonas are going to announce the Academy Award nominations in all 23 categories during a two-part live presentation on Monday, 15th March.
It will be conducted through a global live stream on Oscars.com, Oscars.org and the Academy’s social media platforms Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, respectively.
Priyanka envisioned a life that many Bollywood stars might feel low before it as she didn’t settle for small. The winner of the Miss World 2000 pageant is one of India’s highest-paid and most popular entertainers. Chopra initially aspired to study aeronautical engineering, however, she ventured into the Indian film industry after winning the pageant. She made her Bollywood debut with The Hero: Love Story of a Spy (2003). She received national recognition With Krrish Franchise starring alongside Hrithik Roshan.
She received worldwide recognition with Quantico. In 2018, She got united with her Life-Partner, Singer-Song Writer-Actor, Nick Jonas.
Chopra voluntarily endorses social causes such as environmental protection, women’s rights, gender equality, the gender pay gap, and feminism. She worked with UNICEF from 2006 and was appointed as the national and global UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador for child rights in the years 2010 and 2016. Early this year, she published her memoir ‘Unfinished’ which reached The New York Times Best Seller list.
